Aaron Morris

Aaron Morris attended Southwestern University School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review and graduated cum laude in 1987. His practice areas include defamation, business litigation (breach of contract, trade secret, partnership dissolution, unfair business practices, etc.), employment law, real estate and construction disputes. He received national attention after prevailing against Bank of America for banking violations. In 2013, in a case upheld by the California Court of Appeal in the published decision Bell v. Feibush, he successfully brought a civil action under a criminal theft statute, for the defendant's failure to repay a loan, thereby obtaining for his client a judgment for three times the amount of the loan plus all attorney fees. A recognized expert on Internet law, he prevailed in two major Internet cases on behalf of clients who were fighting spammers, and received a $1.6 million judgment against a defendant for sending a defamatory email. He is the founder and President of the California Defamation Lawyers AssociationMr. Morris was rated "Best Orange County Attorney" by Tustin Magazine. He has taught as an Adjunct Professor at both Whittier Law School and National University, teaching "Litigation Skills & Strategies". Mr. Morris is a writer and lecturer on the subjects of law and law office efficiency, and has been a featured speaker at such functions as the American Bar Association TechShow.

Deanna Stone Killeen

Ms. Stone Killeen graduated summa cum laude with highest honors from Whittier Law School, in Costa Mesa, California.  During her time in law school, Ms. Stone Killeen earned eight CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. Additionally, Ms. Stone Killeen was presented with the coveted West Outstanding Achievement Award. The majority of Ms. Stone Killeen's practice involves breach of contract, whether it be a business contract, partnership agreement, real estate contract, or employment contract. She represents businesses seeking to prosecute or defend a breach of contract, partners seeking dissolution of partnerships, and employers in labor board claims, wrongful termination suits, and other employment disputes.  Her experience and sensitivity to client needs have been instrumental in settling litigious breach of contract and wrongful termination cases.
